Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to you. By using this website you indicate that you accept them and agree to abide by them. We reserve the right to make changes to the website or to this disclaimer at any time. When you order products from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms.

Age Restrictions
In the UK, it is unlawful to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. On delivery, if the recipient appears under 25 years of age, recognised photographic identification will be requested. Acceptable proof of age shall include identification bearing the customer’s photograph, date of birth and integral holographic mark or security measure. Suitable means of identification would include PASS approved proof of age card, photo-card driving licence, and passport. If this is not satisfied, we will not deliver the order. In this event, payment will be refunded onto the means of payment used, minus an administration fee of 20% of the purchase payment.
Delivery and Minimum Spends
We provide free delivery to all Bristol post codes plus BA1&2 and GL13, according to stated minimum spends, as follows:
Minimum spend of £30.00 required for delivery to BS1-14.
Minimum spend of £35.00 required for delivery to BS15, 16, 20, 30, 31, 34, 39, 41.
Minimum spend of £40.00 required for delivery to BS21, 32, 35, 36, 37, 40, 48, 49.
Minimum spend of £50.00 required for delivery to BS22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, BA1&2, GL13
If an online order has a lower minimum spend than is required for the delivery post code, the order will not be fulfilled. The customer will be offered the choice of either:
a) A refund, onto the means of payment used, of the amount paid minus an administration fee of 20% of that amount
or
b) An additional purchase of the minimum value of £30.00.
We do not supply to addresses outside of the post codes listed above.
Delivery of an order shall be complete when we deliver the products to the address you provided. The products will be your responsibility from that time.
We do not accept any responsibility for delayed or failed delivery of goods resulting from your failure to provide correct address information. If goods are not delivered because you fail to provide correct address information, payment will be refunded onto the means of payment used, minus an administration fee of 20% of the purchase payment.
Delivery will be refused if the driver considers the person receiving the delivery to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In this event, payment will be refunded onto the means of payment used, minus an administration fee of 20% of the purchase payment.
Product will only be delivered to the person who placed the order and whose name appears on the credit/debit card used for the payment. If this person is not available to receive the delivery, payment will be refunded onto the means of payment used, minus an administration fee of 20% of the purchase payment.
Deliveries will only be made to the designated address. There will be no deliveries to areas of open space.
Delivery Times
During the order process, we provide delivery slots for you to select. We will do our utmost to deliver within the time slot that you choose, and will contact you immediately if we cannot achieve this. Similarly, we require you to advise us by phone or email a minimum of 2 hours before the beginning of your selected time slot if you have to change it. If you are not at the designated address to receive your order when we arrive to deliver it during the selected or rearranged time slot, the goods will be taken back to the Beer From Round Here premises. In this event, payment will be refunded onto the means of payment used, minus an administration fee of 20% of the purchase payment.
Order Process
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Please be sure to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
Payment
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards, and all debit cards. Card transactions are securely processed by our trusted third-party payment provider.
When you give us your credit or debit card details, you are confirming that you are the card holder. Payment for all products is in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, end a contract, refuse to deliver a product and inform law enforcement agencies in circumstances where we consider (acting at our absolute discretion) that you are attempting to obtain a product using fraudulent means, to commit any other type of fraud or to otherwise break the law or breach these Terms
Prices
The prices of our products will be as quoted on our website at the time you submit your order. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed. The price of a product includes VAT at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK at the time of your order.
Products
The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your computer's display of the colours. Your products may vary slightly from those images and the packaging of the products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a 2% tolerance.
Descriptions of products are for guidance only and, as tastes and palates are personal, do not claim to be accurate representations. Beer From Round Here cannot be held responsible for customers’ understanding and interpretation of product descriptions.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw without notice products that are offered by us and displayed on our website. We shall not be responsible for any detrimental reliance you may place on this site or its contents.
Disclaimer and Liability
In the unlikely event that your order, when delivered, is incorrect, or bottles are broken, Beer From Round Here offers a replace or refund policy for the incorrect or broken products. Please contact us to arrange.
Beer From Round Here is not obligated to refund payment or replace products for any other reason. If, in the interest of good will, Beer From Round Here does consider accepting the return of products, we must be notified within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods, and carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Such refunds are at the absolute discretion of Beer From Round Here and are dependent on the returned goods being received by Beer From Round Here in perfect, unused condition, and in their unopened original packaging. Beer From Round Here cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the products for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
If we fail to comply with these Terms or we act negligently, we are not responsible for any loss or damage unless it is foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach. The maximum amount we could be liable for is the cost of the products.
Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable for failure or delay to perform any of our obligations caused by events beyond our control. An "event beyond our control" would include without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, closure or rerouting or restriction of roads, impossibility of the use of motor or other transport, unexpected technical issues including failure of public or private computers or telecommunications or internet networks.
If an Event Beyond Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you. Our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Beyond Our Control. Where the Event Beyond Our Control affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Beyond Our Control is over. You have the right to cancel a contract affected by an Event Beyond Our Control that has continued for more than 30 days.
